Forbets.click ("forbets", "we", "us") operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between forbets and all of its users ("you", "member").

These Terms & Conditions apply to all forbets services — including Sports Betting, casino games, Live Dealer, e-sports, bonuses, and promotions — across every section of the platform. They apply whether you access forbets through a mobile browser or the app.

Forbets is committed to transparency. Every section of this page has been written in plain, straightforward English so that every member has a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities.

To open an account on forbets, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. forbets strictly prohibits participation by minors.
• Single Account: Only one forbets account is allowed per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being suspended.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be accurate and genuine. Providing incorrect information may cause issues with account verification or withdrawals.
• Password Security: Keeping your forbets account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity that takes place under your account.

After registration, forbets may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this KYC process is completed.

The following rules apply when placing bets on forbets:

• Bet Finality: Once you confirm a bet on the betslip, it cannot be cancelled unless forbets cancels it independently.
• Odds changes: In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent movement up or down will not apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled match will be counted with odds of 1.0.
• Technical Errors: If a bet cannot be completed due to a server issue or technical fault, forbets will void that bet and issue a full refund.
• Incorrect Odds: forbets reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were clearly set in error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

The minimum single bet on forbets is ৳10. The maximum bet amount is determined by your VIP level and the specific match.

The financial transaction rules on forbets are outlined below:

• Deposit limits: The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum limit varies depending on the payment method and your account verification level.
• Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Accounts with completed KYC verification have access to significantly higher limits.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification.
• Payment method match: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Currency: All transactions on forbets are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Forbets does not pay interest on funds held in accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee — members will be notified in advance by email.

All bonus and promotion offers at forbets are subject to the general terms below. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific terms and conditions.

• Turnover Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified turnover requirement. Turnover is calculated as the bonus amount multiplied by a set figure (e.g., 10x).
• Validity: Each bonus has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Single bonus policy: You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time. You may claim the next bonus only after the current one is completed.
• Bonus Abuse: If multiple members of the same household claim bonuses from the same device, or if any fraudulent method is used to obtain a bonus, forbets reserves the right to cancel those bonuses.
• Sports Betting Terms: To meet the turnover requirement for a sports bonus, bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.

Forbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as possible before any such changes take effect.

Forbets places the highest priority on user security and data protection. Here's what you need to know:

• SSL Encryption: The entire forbets platform is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your login credentials, personal data, and financial information are fully encrypted at all times.
• KYC Verification: For withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity, forbets may request verification of a national ID card or passport.
• Data Usage: Your data is used solely to improve forbets services and to meet legal obligations. It is never sold to third parties.
• Two-Factor Authentication: forbets recommends that all members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact support@forbets.click immediately. forbets will investigate promptly and take the necessary action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on forbets. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Providing false information to obtain a bonus
• Match fixing or attempting to illegally influence the outcome of any sport
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Attempting to hack another member's account
• Money laundering or funnelling illicit funds through forbets
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the forbets system to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members

Forbets believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why forbets offers a range of responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Once set, limits can be lowered immediately, but increasing them requires a 72-hour waiting period.
• Bet limits: You can also set a cap on your total betting amount within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: If you need a break from betting, use the cooling-off feature — available for periods ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from betting for an extended period, you can apply for self-exclusion. Once active, this cannot easily be reversed.

Forbets reserves the right to close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Engaging in prohibited activities — particularly fraud, operating multiple accounts, or abusing bonuses
• Failure to complete KYC verification, or providing false information
• Attempting to open a new account while under self-exclusion
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, forbets will refund the remaining balance, though any incomplete bonuses will be forfeited.

After an account is closed, forbets will retain data for the period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Forbets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification before they take effect.

Continued use of forbets after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page from time to time.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with forbets, reach out to support@forbets.click first. forbets will work to resolve the issue within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to international arbitration.
